Many of the furniture items on our website are drop shipped from the manufacturer and average between 4 and 6 weeks for delivery. Some orders will require additional freight charges. Below are the reasons why an item may be charged extra freight:

- Large items that are relatively inexpensive

- Large items that are purchased individually (for example: the purchase of one chair may be charged extra freight while thepurchase of 4 chairs and a table would be free freight.)


We will notify you before processing your order if there is an extra freight charge. We will always try to find the best freight rates to keep shipping free or at minimal cost. 


Standard delivery for furniture is by freight carrier. The freight company will contact you several days before the item is to arrive to arrange a time and place for delivery. Note that freight carrier companies drop off furniture to curbside only with ONE driver present. You will need to assist in unloading your order to the ground and be prepared to move your order inside your home. In some residential areas, delivery by freight carrier is not possible. In this situation, you may be charged a fee for White Glove delivery service. They will deliver the item to you and place the item inside, but in most cases no set up is available. Be sure to inspect each item carefully before signing for the delivery as once signed, any damage by the carrier will be your responsibility.

Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on serving the customer and will make every effort to meet their expectations.

Damaged item - We are happy to repair or replace (at Southern Creek's discretion) any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received. If your item is repairable, we will pay to have it repaired back to its original form. 

Not satisfied - If for any reason you are not satisfied with our merchandise, we will be glad to refund your money excluding all shipping, insurance charges and re-stocking fees. Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received. Buyer must return items at their cost by insured carriers and insure all items for 100% of their original purchase price. A return authorization code must be obtained from us and included with every order or shipment will be refused. All items must be well packed to protect against breakage before returning merchandise. Please contact us before shipping for proper addresses and packing requirements. We are unable to accept returns on many items such as beddings, blankets, and throws if they were ever taken out of their original package.

Canceled Orders
A 3% fee may be charged for any canceled order to help offset the costs of credit card processing fees and various bank charges.

A cancelled order may also incur a restocking fee if the product has already been packaged for delivery.
